Join me at the Pink House Collective for a candlelit evening of meditation exercises and mantras that will help us to focus on the positive aspects in our lives during the potentially stressful holiday season.

We will learn valuable grounding exercises, how to release others’ energy from the aura and work on developing our own healing mantras to help us connect with the energy of gratitude.
